For years, this blogging thing and the passion so-called-bloggers have for it has completely eluded me. Not being much of a reader or a writer, blogging appeared to be the ‘sharing of information’ that I would enjoy more during a phone conversation or over a cup of tea. But with busy schedules and the invention of the internet, texting and social media, the written word has become the preferred mode of communication for many. So here I am… me, of all people… joining the ranks with hundreds…thousands…of bloggers!

As you can see, if I were ever to delve into this unknown territory, there would have to be a good reason. Thus I will confess, the original motivation came through a women’s Bible study. I was leading a small group through a book, Women of the Bible, and those attending responded with such enthusiasm and insight that even I was encouraged! As we dug deeper into God’s Word each week, it occurred to me…what better way to share our nuggets and treasures than through a BLOG! So it began, and only the Lord knows where it will lead.

I only ask that you bear with me as I learn how to do this… I hope you are truly blessed by this page and will respond with your personal thoughts, feelings and insights as well.  So, my dear blogging friends, I invite you to pour yourself a cup of hot tea or coffee, as you prefer, and join the ranks with me as we Celebrate His Love!!!
