When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they are not wise.” (‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭12‬ NIV) I truly believe that ‘comparing ourselves amongst ourselves’ can be one of the biggest dangers for ‘social media’ users. It is important to keep our balance and remember that everyone has a ‘behind the scenes’ and more often than not, it is nothing like the ‘highlight reel’ posted for all to see. We are all wandering pilgrims in this life and that is why we need to hold on to the hand of the only One who knows the way, WHO IS THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE. And the bottom line, He knows your behind the scenes, He is with you, He will never leave you or forsake you, HE LOVES YOU BEYOND LIFE ITSELF, and HE died to prove it. May that thought bless your day!
