  1. Good afternoon Lee! I agree… I, too, can put no confidence in my walk or commitment…anymore than I can have willpower to eat right 100% of the time. I have to ask the Lord to do that one as well. He knows we can’t be trusted, thus He sent His amazing Holy Spirit! May we all keep listening ears and willing hearts as He guides and leads us…and not quench the Spirit. All in all, He is my ALL-IN-ALL…and when I trust Him, I am trusting the most loving, all-knowing, eternal, infinite, mighty, amazing, matchless, vast and giant, yet personal and detailed power in the Universe. Of course the adjectives are endless, but I’m guessing you get my drift! LOL At any rate, chariots and horses don’t have a chance when He’s around…and HE is around, everywhere! 😊☝🏻✝️👏🏻 Always so grateful for your good comments! Thank you! 👍🏻

  2. Right !!!
    Right !!!
    Right !!!
All glory to the risen Lord Jesus Christ !!!

This is a profound truth expressed here. Far deeper than some casual readers may see in this post.

Where is one really and truly placing their “trust?”
    On Jesus Christ alone?
Or in Jesus Christ + “one’s commitment” to Him?

I believe that we all should obey the Spirit in living a life that’s pleasing and honoring to God.
But I put NO confidence whatsoever in my walk or commitment.
I’m concerned for those who take pride in their walk and commitment…

IT’S ALL ABOUT TRUSTING ONLY IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND HIS FINISHED WORK.

And good mornin to you Dori. 😃
