It’s not the size of the gift, but the size of the heart that truly matters.

When we look through the lens of God’s Word and focus on His will and ways, our lives become portraits of His wisdom, insight and understanding at any age!

Loneliness is no stranger to the LORD… He is with us and deeply understands every lonely cry of our hearts. We are never alone.

The Lord desires deeply to hold and bless each of his children, young and old, as we rest in His glorious presence and comforting arms.

When we guard your hearts, God will guard everything else for us!

Through His Son Jesus Christ we become God’s children, His sons and daughters, and we have the privilege of intimacy with Him, calling Him Abba, Father…Daddy.

God’s economy is always the opposite of ours…Rather than striving to exalt ourselves to get ahead, God says to humble ourselves and HE will lift us up!

God’s plan has always been to atone for our sins, knowing we could not do it on our own… Jesus paid it all! Thank You, LORD!

Investing all we are and all we have in God’s Kingdom is worth more than anything  this life has to offer and worth everything Heaven is preparing for us in the future.

Jesus, our High Priest, understands our every weakness with empathy and compassion…knowing exactly what it is like to live in this fallen world.

We can praise the LORD today because His love truly is better than life itself. It is unfathomable yet, through the finished work of His Son, it is fully obtainable!

Everything good comes from the Lord…and having a grateful heart not only blesses Him, but it blesses us as well. Thank You LORD!

God’s goal was never to condemn us, but to save us from our own sin and shame through the precious love gift of His Son. How awesome is that!!?!!!

In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Jesus beckoned His disciples to go with Him to a quiet place and rest…and He invites us to get-a-way and rest with Him as well.

This present life is merely a shadow compared to all the amazing things the Lord has in store for us in glory!

The Lord fills our empty hearts and quenches our thirsty souls…in His presence we are secure in who we are and why we are here!

We are the salt of the earth and, since salt makes everything taste better, He has empowered us with the ability to flavor our world with His love and grace!

Our very lives speak volumes, often when we are completely unaware…it is the Holy Spirit flowing through us to the hearts of those around us.

It is interesting to note how often Jesus and His disciples left the crowds and retreated to a solitary place for personal soul care…giving us freedom and grace to do the same.

The Creator of all things can create all things new in us!

Today’s encouraging thought… The LORD is our light, our salvation and our strength in every situation we face…So fear not!

We reap the greatest blessings of all when we give our time, talent and substance to God and others.

No matter how weary, weak or worn we feel, our God can strengthen us for each day of our lives…all we need is in Him.

Doing good can often be as difficult as tilling soil and planting seeds in the hot sun, but those who persevere reap crops of abundant blessings!

Reading, absorbing and living according to God’s Living Word gives us freedom that blesses us beyond compare!

Our Heavenly Father wants to meet our deepest needs, and sometimes what we need most is to trust Him more in the waiting…and ultimately He is glorified.

Abiding under the shelter of the Most High, walking in step with Him and sharing His heart with others…these are our greatest gifts this side of heaven.

The more we surrender our lives to the Lord, the more of His abundant life He pours into us, and we become more of who He created us to be than ever before.
