Sparrows… They are everywhere! They’re here in my back yard, they are in Canada, Germany, South Africa, Mexico, Japan…everywhere! Is that why God paints pictures of how He cares for sparrows…so that anyone living anywhere can relate? I have to believe it is, and He said we are even more valuable than sparrows!! Yes, His eye is on the sparrow, so you and I can know He loves and cares for us! I hope you have a blessed week as you abide under His feathers and in His tender care! 🙌🏻✝️🕊❣️😊

This week’s verse is another one of my favorites from Psalm 84! There is no better place to be than in His courts! We can worship Him privately at home or corporately with others… but it seems that they pour into each other. What starts at home enhances our participation at church and what happens as we worship together at church enhances our worship at home. We need both… personal time with the Lord and community. How wonderfully amazing! 😘🙌🏻✝️❤️

Oh, to do this better! Lord, help me, help us all! Last night at Bible Study, our teacher shared a question posed to her from a FB follower, “I know what you (speaking of Christians) are against, but what are you for?”

1 John 4:11-12 says, “Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.” 1 John‬ ‭4:11-12

It is my prayer today that I can live and love in such a way that the world around me will see exactly what and Who I am for, the One Who loved me so much that He gave His life for me. When we love, not matter what, we give a part of our life away in the name of Jesus to a world in need. Again I say, Lord, help me, help us all that others inside and outside of the Christian community will see and know His Love through us! 🙏🏻✝️❤️‬

I was reminded yesterday at our Women’s Celebration Luncheon just how much I love Psalm 84! Our deepest yearning, what our heart cries out for, can only be found in true relationship with our living, loving God. Blessings! 😘🙌🏻✝️❤️

It seems it is taking a lifetime to truly put into practice all that these two little verses teach. And yet, what valuable principles to apply… probably more now that ever! Lord, help us all to be kind and tenderhearted and to put others before ourselves. Thank YOU for leading us to love and forgive by Your amazing example! 🙏🏻✝️❤️🥰
